Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order with us to avoid any dissapointment throughout your purchase. By browsing through and/or making a purchase from our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below. 

All order confirmation details must be completed by the customer as we will not bear any responsibility for any unforeseen mistakes such as wrong delivery location or wrong time preference. 

All products shown on the website are available unless stated such as seasonal flowers. This is beyond our control as certain flowers are only available at certain periods of the year. 

Bouquets shown on the website might differ slightly in terms of colours and bloom size due to lighting and angles. All our flowers are fresh (unless stated artificial). Hence, there would be minor flaws. This is unfortunately out of our control as well but it is a promise from us to you that we would try our best to give you the best.

2. Shipping

Here at Bloom.19, we ship out our orders from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6.30pm. All orders made will be delivered with third party deliveries that are subject to availability and time preference. Bloom.19 works hard to ensure that the flowers are fresh, to be sent out on time but we will not be held responsible if delivery is late as it is out of our control. To avoid disappointment, always place an order early and select the best option for your needs. You can also consult us via WhatsApp (012-2162128). 

We deliver within Klang Valley (Selangor & Kuala Lumpur) at the moment but have done deliveries out of Selangor subjecting to appropriateness. For example, we do not deliver bouquets, stands or anything related to food outside of Klang Valley as the condition of the goods would be affected. For more information, you may consult with us via WhatsApp as well.


Changes in Orders

If you wish to change something regarding your purchase/orders, please contact us at WhatsApp (012-2162128). You can also send us a message on Facebook Messenger (Bloomnineteen) or Instagram (@bloomnineteen). Our team will try our best to accommodate your wants and needs but we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your needs immediately.


Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is also available for orders made by 11am on the same day. However, we do not accept any last minute changes due to time constraint and out of respect for every party involved including the customer, company and the third delivery party. 

We do have flash sales/weekly promotion sometimes so do follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest news.


We offer a self-collect option if you do not wish to use a third party delivery service. Our office is located at 12, Jalan 19/6, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Our location is on Waze under “Bloom 19”. Self collection time is from 10am to 6.30pm. Please be prompt to ensure a smooth process.

3. Cancellation/ Refund

Cancellation will only be tolerated if it is made three days before delivery date. Please contact the team at 012-2162128 via WhatsApp as soon as possible so that we can try our best to accommodate. We only accept unforeseen reasons and complications. 

Refunds will be given back to the customer(s) due to unforeseen circumstances such as postponement of event/cancellation of event. For more information or for more clarification, do contact us at 012-2162128. 

If both cancellation/refunds are confirmed by our team here at Bloom.19, your payment will be transferred back into your account in 2 weeks.
